Looking for summer fun? A pool is one of the best ways to find it. But when you are planning on having a pool installed for you and your family, you have a couple of design decisions to make about it first. The most basic one is whether you want an in-ground or an aboveground pool. Rhine Pools is here to help you with that decision with some important information on each pool style.
An in-ground pool…
An in-ground pool is a much more permanent fixture, so it is important to be sure that you want one installed before proceeding with construction. In-ground pools can be customized in any shape or size, and you can incorporate other landscaping elements with an in-ground pool, such as a patio or a perimeter garden. The draw back of an in-ground pool is that it can be more expensive to install. But as an investment that will increase your home’s value, it might just be worth it.
An aboveground pool…
An aboveground pool is a more affordable option of pool, and it takes significantly less time to install because no excavation is required. However, there are some downsides. Aboveground pools typically only come in one shape and limited sizing, they do not add value to your home because they are temporary, and they cannot be incorporated as seamlessly into your landscape. However, for a limited budget or schedule, they can be the perfect addition.
