Swimming Pool Design Services
Comprehensive Pool & Landscape Design
At Rhine Pools, we believe a swimming pool should never be an afterthought. It is the centerpiece of your outdoor living space. That is why we don’t just “dig holes”. We employ in-house Landscape Architects and Designers to create a cohesive master plan that integrates your pool, patio, and landscaping into a single, stunning environment.
Concept Master Plan
Before we break ground, we build a roadmap. Our Concept Master Plan service is designed to explore the full potential of your property.
- Base Plan Development: We conduct on-site investigations to map your existing home, topography, and natural features.
- Program of Elements: We work with you to identify every feature you desire—from the pool shape and spa to outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and pavilions.
- Concept Development: We create a design that depicts the form and character of your new space, examining the flow and connection between different features.
- Presentation: You are invited to our office for a collaborative work session to review the plans, discuss material options, and refine the vision before construction begins.
The Design-Build Agreement
For clients ready to move forward, our Design-Build Agreement streamlines the transition from “dream” to “reality.” It is a good-faith commitment that prioritizes your project in our construction schedule.
- Phased Planning: We break your project into logical, efficient phases to match your budget and timeline.
- Material Selection: We evaluate construction techniques and help you select the best materials for durability and aesthetics.
- Cost Clarity: By evaluating the design early, we ensure the project gives you the “biggest bang for your buck” and eliminates surprise costs later on.
