After dealing with drainage problems around the back and side of our house, we decided after much research to contact Rhine landscaping. Jay provided insight and a plan for moving water away from the house via a drainage system. We decided to proceed with the contract. I was not home during the work but Jay took pictures and kept in touch with me via text. The crew did an excellent job with the installation. We were expecting the work that was stated in the contract. Rhine Landscaping went above and beyond the contract for example trimming Day lilies, seeding the grounds, adding more soil around a pine tree where the ground was eroding, creating a border and mulching around current landscape and staking a couple of young trees. We were floored when we observed the results. We thought we were paying for a drainage system that was going to solve a basement water issue and a bit depressed about having to pay for something that wasn’t visually pleasant. We were extremely happy with the results since we solved the water issue and have beautiful landscaping to boot. We will be calling Rhine in the future for other projects as well as recommending them to others.
